Before & After School and Summer Programs
Apple Kids offers an age-appropriate,
structured schedule, which includes a time for snacks and lunch, when
needed. During the school year, we offer a nutritional afternoon
snack. We also provide a morning snack, afternoon snack, and
catered lunch on Wednesdays, during the summer.
All of these meals follow DHS guidelines.
SCHOOL YEAR SCHEDULE
Before School
6:30 - 7:30 Arrival & Quiet Activities
7:30 - 7:50 Breakfast
After School
2:45 - 3:00 Attendance
3:00 - 3:15 Snack
3:15 - 3:30 Quiet Time & Homework
3:30 - 4:15 Table Activities, Games Art, ect.
4:15 - 5:15 Gym/Outdoor Play
5:15 - 6:00 Departure
We give children a wide variety of games and activities to participate
in. If they choose not to participate, they may sit and read a book,
do homework, ect.
SUMMER SCHEDULE
6:30 - 8:00 Arrival & Quiet Activities
8:00 - 9:00 Indoor group game & activity
9:00 - 10:00 Outdoor Play
10:00 - 10:30 Snack
10:30 - 11:30 Art/Science center
11:30 - 12:30 Lunch
12:30 - 3:00 Field Trip

Swimming at a local pool

Local park with academic and athletic club opportunity
